Fat Goreng...

It's a guilty pleasure if you think about it, a short cut to someone's diet if you let it. I use to be one of those that survived on Mi Goreng, and the mission was one of those times. Pretty much every night after coming home I would sit in front of a Mi Goreng Box and consume my life away until one day I had an epiphany (a year or so ago) about this Indonesian Import. If it tastes so good, there's gotta be a catch somewhere. And that catch is....

All the BADDIES = less than whats in Mi GORENG.

It is such an easy solution, I mean who has the time to cook a healthy meal these days? It's convenient and easy as 1, 2, 3. And so today while commenting on facebook status' I had the idea to write about this and look up some nutritional information. Here are my findings...

Let me introduce you to a McDonald's Cheeseburger.

There is less fat, less salt and less calories in a slice of dominoes pizza than in mi goreng. Dominoes pizza is considered the highest calorie fast food meal.

Yes yes, the glorious BIG MAC has a larger number of calories with 576 but hey, 2 packs of migoreng = 780 calories... so you really may as well have that big mac.

In conclusion, I have come to where I dont eat mi goreng noodles anymore, 1 because I have grown out of the taste and 2 because it's not helping me achieve my hawaii body that I mentioned in previous posts. In saying that everything is meant to be eaten in moderation and that goes for McDonalds, you aren't suppose to eat it for every meal. But then it's up to you brooooooooo...

one thing I love about this city is its randomness...

everywhere you walk you see another photogenic opportunity,

there's colour everywhere! theres random statues everywhere.

it's where old meets modern, MELBOURNE is a city of neo-gothic

cathedrals in mix of modern architecture.

Why I absolutely think this place is the most

picturesque city in Australia.

last night we decided to hit QV strikebowling on little lonsdale and go karaoke!

turned out to be an awesome night, with guests from sydney...

Night life is amazing! People are out and about, streets are filled with life,

eye candy everywhere,

style and fashion, trams and police men on horses...

fairy lights, shopping, shrines, underground malls, hidden cafes, smell of coffee everywhere,

emos and goths... everyone and everything make this city a playground for the rich and proud.

at the doctors...

I've been coming to this place since who knows when... I use to dread it too, but it had to be done! its just funny that i'm blogging about it lol... Dr Min Li Chong is the professional that works behind this door, and there is no photo of her that I could sneakly (?) get cause its unprofessional and to freaky... but incase you couldn't tell? she's ASIAN...

Do you think she just woke up one day and said she wanted to be a doctor?

This is one job where it demands probs 95% of your time. Its a vigorous lifestyle, but I think its also rewarding... to have the knowledge of curing a sickness is a gift I think, not many people know how to do CPR (like me) but as soon as something bad happens we go running to doctors. She the best! it seems the only time I come here is if I need to get something done on paper... last time I was in this office I was getting my papers for the mission done, and now that I'm preparing to head of to Hawaii, I'm back to get another booster for MMR... YUP a NEEDLE!... Got jabbed when I got here... But these pictures are just what I see when ever i'm in the office. I managed to snap these when she left to get the needle lol

I dont think I could ever see myself being a doctor or even a

registered nurse. The only times I see my self in this sort of occupation

is when Im watching Greys Anatomy or see comercials to E.R but thats

just all a faze and a wonderment that is never going to be realised.

And so there you have it... Ain't gonna be a doctor in this life.

And you can see why, dont even know what half

of these things in the office are called.

the beginning of the END!

The anticipation is finally over!

Harry Potter was in its ultimate glory tonight!

With a few of the melbournian mates we set of to see what was

the beginning of the end, and by jolly gosh was it a good one!...

*Notice my over-exageration use of explanation marks?* !!!

my hands were clasped throughout most of the movie, and I have to admit

that I had ONE startled moment... lol... and I noticed that the ones

around me did too haha... not to mention any names (Sharon & Caroline) haha

always good to see Belatrix being her mental self...

this is also the first time we see Malfoys mother appear... you can

see how much of a wreck she is only because she knows

Hermione and Ron are still going through their confusing sexual

vibes, they so want each other but their pride is still their biggest enemy.

This is the reason my blog is just so amazing!!!!... well its because of my camera phone, I don't have a real camera so this will have to do for now. I feel like I'm the man with it, all I have to do is go from having a conversation on the phone, to call holding, and then just change it to camera mode and start clicking and flashing... my phone is just overload with photos right now, which are despretley trying to creep out of my little gadget and make it self known onto the big screen.

FAT CHANCE! not till I say so!...

by the way, my phone is way better looking than the one in the picture and I'm not the only one that does this, apparently this guy called ESHRA does it too.... LOOSER! bahahaha... Anyways... Its just amazing the way it works, usually I take photos of the most pointless things, like a pile of pineapples or a baby that just puked... but what the heck, what's the point of a camera if you dont catch the little things in between. I like messed up photos, not your typical enhanced ones or magazine worthy ones, but the ones where amateurs can think they know what they are doing and what ever they take looks legit.

I like crookedness, I like blurry, I like dark and 3 megapixels...

NAHHHH.... I'm just CHEAP lol

Shopping time

Just want to introduce everyone to my little proto-J's living in the Brisbane headquarters.

Ezekiel & Dereon
and with Lehi in Melbourne headquaters, we will await to see what havoc he brings
Just a day in the life of these so called innocence.

Is it any wonder why little children behave the way they do.
or when you tell them not to do something but they still go and do it.
or just constantly nag and nag until they get something they want.
or just straight up embarrass you in front of people.
or help themselves to the grapes in the fruit section.
or just run straight into other people without looking.
or first thing when they get into the store is go straight to the confectionery section.
or scream the whole way during shopping that they want ice cream.
or just wander off in the supermarket and help themselves to whatever.
or have some strange obsession with tic-tacs or mentos.
or open things before you get to the register.
or go straight to the kids section.


From my experiences with these two... my mood swings have gone from an
ultimate high to a devastating low ... but why bother, they are only kids.
Most of the time you can't help but just laugh. LOL
Oh the Joys of looking forward to starting a family.
